The Celsius Balance Tip-Up is made with hardwood slab construction and is heavily lacquered for years of use. It comes with a large bright flag, and heavy duty aluminum spool. Features a dual tension release setting, and has an internally lubricated shaft, which makes the mechanism "freeze proof" and smooth. The flag shaft, mechanism and parts are all Rust-Proof.
