What Is PAL?

Individuals aged 12-17 can obtain a Minor's Licence, which permits borrowing non-restricted firearms for specific purposes. The PAL is valid for five years and must be renewed before expiration.

How Do I Renew?
You can renew your firearms licence online or by mailing the PDF form. If it's been more than 6 months you will have to mail in a paper "RCMP 5614 / CAFC 979" form. You can get the latest version of the form here.
